Wagoner says GM wants to testdriverless vehicles by 2015 and put them on the road by 2018

This is a bold conception for GMC. Why not? There are pilotless planes in the sky. What if the Japanese or the Europeans do this by 2012? The technology to do this is here already so GMC should move fast or risk loosing that future MARKET.
